Typical Tasks:

– Lead efforts to promote and develop a continuous improvement culture across County Procurement;

– Ensure documentation is maintained and up-to-date;

– Educate process stakeholders on how to identify and solve process challenges through the simulation of different scenarios, analysis of performance metrics and advanced optimization techniques;

– Establish Lean/Continuous Improvement program goals, strategies, and procedures;

– Provide support in the development of future state options, strategy, and the identification of opportunities to improve business performance;

– Identify performance improvement initiatives with the stakeholders, focused on creating opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement;

– Work with designated process teams to integrate processes and procedures utilizing best practices and framework;

– Research and review industry best practices and incorporates information into the process analysis;

– Perform detailed analysis to identify process improvement opportunities;

– Re-engineer existing processes or creates new processes for improvement;

– Develop well defined processes policies and procedures with clearly documented accountability to increase efficiency of processes;

– Define current/future state process structure and creates RACI charts;

– Identify benefits realization targets and ensures these are achieved on each project;

– Maintain weekly/monthly status reports to key stakeholders tracking the status of the improvement project;

– Design performance metrics program for improvement initiatives;

– Transfer knowledge to existing staff to ensure successful program monitoring, execution and reporting on improvement opportunities, progress toward goals, and realized benefits;

– Develop transition plans for new or changed processes taking into account organizational, cultural and operational requirements;

– Support change management activities;

– Communicate change to appropriate stakeholders;

– Educate process stakeholders on how to identify and solve process challenges through the simulation of different scenarios and analysis of performance metrics;

– Work with Technical Writer to:

– Document business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures as changes are made or new processes are added;
– Document current processes using process mapping tools and techniques;

Training and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher with the following

– 3-5 years of experience as a technical writer preferred

– Experience in cybersecurity is preferred but not required

– Experience with documentation development for systems down to the technical components.

– Experience writing technical content and tailoring the format based on the target audience.

– Demonstrated ability to complete, track, update, rewrite, and peer review technical documentation.

Job Title: Business Analyst – Cybersecurity

Typical Tasks:

– Provide direct support to the Information Security Office, and participate in meetings to capture required data, and maintain responsibility for outlining and organizing all report material, including seeking team review throughout the draft process.

– Assist in documenting System Security Plans and cyber security related Procedures, Policies and other documentations based on interviews with key stakeholders.

– Create reports that will discuss the architecture, design rationale, and steps required for operational use.

– Writing documentation that details technical specifications.

– Organizing and capturing information security operations and translating them into a usable format.

– Proofreading and editing documents submitted

– Occasionally brief and provide training of material covered or changed within an updated documentation.

– Must have the ability to decode technical information for technical and non-technical groups.

Training and Experience:

– Experience working with NIST SP 800-53 controls as well as CSF, RMS, and FISMA.

Skills and Core Competencies

The contractor must have expert level experience in APEX, and includes:-

– Demonstrated knowledge of sw engineering practices for the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, testing and operations
– Expert level in Oracle APEX5
– Expert level in PL/SQL
– Advance knowledge of CSS, J-Query and Java Script
– Design, debug, develop and test packages, procedures, functions, views, triggers and system integrations.
– Knowledge of installation and configuration of Oracle APEX
– Experience with Oracle Integrated Development Environments such as Oracle SQL Developer
– Experience implementing single sign on using active directory
– Provide documentation on database schema design and code
– Provide training to in house development staff
– Desired knowledge/experience with GIS and source control technologies
– Work with internal team to analyze system requirements and develop solution according to specifications.
– Review configuration of 11g environment and make recommendations to conform to best practices
– Review existing Forms or Cold Fusion applications and redesign/migrate them to Oracle

Job Role:
BI (Business Intelligence) Report Developer responsible for requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, support of internal business and client level BI reports;

Perform requirements gathering, translate BI requirements into specifications using data warehousing, meta data modeling, data visualizations;

Analyze, interpret, summarize specifications to design and develop reports and dashboards using Tableau, Oracle, InCorta and other data visualization tools. Document and maintain report design, configure system reports, unit test and debug dashboard reports, resolve issues and changes for report modifications and/or enhancements.

Requires BS degree or foreign equivalent in CIS/CS/Engi (any)/Sci, IT, Business, or related field with at least 2 years’ work exp in software development, integrating, implementing, enhancing, supporting and maintaining BI applications, Data Warehouse & Reporting solutions.

Requires advanced SQL programming and PL/SQL programming skills with linux and java skills.

Strong knowledge of relational database and domain knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.

Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry and HIPAA and PII data experience required. 40hrs/wk, Comp salary.
